Information you give us. When you fill out our meet-and-greet form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, home address, preferred contact method, travel dates, details about your pets (including names, breeds, ages, medical conditions and food allergies), and how you heard about us.
Information you share for a sit. To care for your pets, we may also receive home access details (such as keys, garage remotes, door and alarm codes, and Wi-Fi information), your veterinarian’s contact details, and care instructions.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through cookies and similar tools.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule your free meet and greet, provide pet sitting services, send you photo updates during a sit, contact you or your veterinarian in an emergency, process payments, improve our website, and meet our legal obligations.
Home Access and Security Information
We treat keys, codes and access details with the highest care. We use them only to provide services you have booked, never share them with anyone else, and return keys or delete access details when they are no longer needed.
Photos and Videos
We take photos and videos of your pets during each sit to send to you. We only post them on our social media with your consent, and we never share your address or location.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website and email host and Google (for spam protection and website analytics); with your veterinarian or emergency services if your pet needs urgent care; or when required by law.
Cookies, Analytics and reCAPTCHA
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly.
Do Not Track Signals
